**Position Overview**

As a Customer Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will handle enquiries, provide product information, process orders, and ensure that all customer interactions are handled promptly and professionally. This role is vital to maintaining our reputation for excellence and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and availability.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate shipments, track orders, and handle returns or exchanges.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings and promotions.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems.
