Oldham College is seeking a dynamic and compassionate **School Link Coach** to join our Foundation Learning team and make a real difference in the lives of young people.

**About the Role**:
As a School Link Coach, you’ll work in partnership with local secondary schools to deliver high-quality, targeted learning sessions designed to support students as they prepare for the next step in their educational journey. You’ll inspire and equip learners with the skills, confidence, and motivation they need to thrive at college—especially those progressing into our Foundation Learning pathways.

This is a varied and rewarding role that involves:
- Planning and delivering engaging small-group and one-to-one sessions that address academic, social, and emotional development.- Supporting learners with additional needs by adapting materials and approaches to promote inclusion and engagement.- Tracking learner participation and progress, using data and feedback to tailor support.- Building strong, positive relationships with schools, parents/carers, and internal college teams to ensure a smooth, well-supported transition experience.- Contributing to the design of inclusive transition programmes and resources that promote aspiration, confidence, and progression.

Experience in a teaching assistant, learning coach, youth worker, or pastoral support role is ideal—but we value the right mindset and a strong commitment to student success above all.
