Field Sales Coordinator

**Overview;**

We are seeking to appoint a driven and experienced Field Sales / Development Coordinator to join our team. With a proven experience of Sales within plastics, Moulding and or packaging, as well as excellent market knowledge, the successful applicant will focus on generating new business mainly in packaging and plastic forming’s markets.

The successful applicant will provide lead generation and sales support, mapping out the market and building a pipeline of leads that meet the companies pre-defined ‘Ideal customer profile’. In addition, responsible for generating leads through research, utilising search engines, social media other traditional media. Qualifying database of leads against specified business and financial criteria. Providing the first touch point for these leads through mail campaigns, phone calls and other communication methods. Servicing and increasing sales through an existing and comprehensive list of loyal customers.

They must be able to work conscientiously on their own and in wider Sales Team environment.

The ideal location will be the North of England.

**Responsibilities & duties**:

- Maintain and update leads on CRM system
- Business and sales development
- Qualify leads against outlined margin guidance
- Manage and structure marketing content online, to key leads and prospects
- Manage and structure communication between customer accounts and internal team, to ensure successful delivery of business services
- Build a multi-layer relationship structure between the business and its customers
- Find key decision makers and their contact information for qualified leads
- Participate in the preparation of quote and project proposals
- Provide accurate and timely information to management
- Establish first point contact via digital or phone leads and prospects
- Build a portfolio of leads and assist in business development activity
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of projects through department activities
- Employ analytics techniques, instilling the importance of data social media, web analytics, rankings
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and attend them to facilitate their success, Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
- Marketing management, online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
- Communicate directly with clients to encourage and enhance trusting relationships
- Visit existing and new customers to build/enhance relationships growing accounts.

- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Business and customer development knowledge
- Enthusiasm for lead generation and conversion
- Comfortable and enthusiastic phone manner
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Time management skills are a core skill
- Outstanding attention to detail

Qualifications / experience required
- Proven experience in sales
- Proven lead generation experience
- Proven customer service experience
- Qualification in a relevant field
- General knowledge of manufacturing, Plastic moulding, packaging

**Package;**

Basic salary £28,000 with uncapped commission linked to both turnover and profit.

Company vehicle, Tech pack, phone and laptop provided, Company Pension.

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
