The main focus of the role of the **Internal Account Coordinator **are:

- **To provide internal support to key accounts.**:

- **Working with the account manager in order that support is provided to the customer and be the day to day go to person for the account for orders, active sales and promotions and samples.**:

- **Be the day to day contact for all customer accounts**:

- **To be the face to visitors coming on site, welcoming them as required and arranging and setting out facilities.**:

- **To ensure the customer has a positive experience**:

- **To monitor and send out samples, working with the National Technical Support for sample order to stores to achieve an efficient turn around.**

The Principal Elements of the **Internal Account Coordinator **are:

- **Advise customers and give accurate information prior to order of potential delivery dates**:

- **Receipt customer orders, ensuring that any anomalies are communicated within 24 hours**:

- **Provide support to customers and upsell additional products**:

- **Quote for one off projects in your accounts and follow this up and update the CRM.**:

- **Pro-actively chase orders when missed in the customers buying pattern and report on any missed sales**:

- **Receiving phone calls from B2B customers to provide product knowledge etc**:

- **Pro-actively liaise with business customers, being a key internal touch point for them and their customers, updating sample and stand database**:
Skills and experience required of the **Internal Account Coordinator **are:
