**Location: Ipswich (Office-based)**
**Hours: 9am to 2pm Monday - Friday (alternate Saturday mornings)**
**About the Role**
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our friendly, close-knit team in our centrally located Ipswich office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
In this varied and busy role, you’ll be a key part of the property management process—ensuring smooth communication between tenants, landlords, and contractors while maintaining a high standard of organisation and professionalism.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handling and directing incoming calls professionally
- Managing diaries and accurately recording key updates
- Acting as a central point of communication between tenants, landlords, and contractors
- Maintaining meticulous records and attention to detail
- Supporting the daily operations of a busy office
- Demonstrating initiative and contributing positively to team spirit
**Who We’re Looking For**
- At least 3 years of administrative experience in a busy office environment
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- A confident, professional telephone manner
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A full, clean UK driving licence
**How to Apply**
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
