Well established firm based on the outskirts of Ipswich requires a full time Property Administrator to assist a small team with a portfolio of client properties. This is a newly created, reactive role, ensuring the effective management of the properties,tenants and contractors.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Contractor instruction (with senior sign off), on-boarding, renewals and invoicing
- Property maintenance - including property compliance reporting (gas safety, electrical testing etc.) and organising property repairs
- Data collection for Client on-boarding
- Client invoicing
- Lettings - uploading photos / particulars, property marketing, arranging viewings, referencing, drafting Terms of Business
- Data collection for Tenant on-boarding, tenancy deposits, tenancy reviews / renewals and issuing rent demands
- AST Tenancies admin
- Assisting with other Tenancy agreements
- Credit control
- Property Management System - data management, compliance, creating portfolio and property details
- Process management

**Skills Required**:

- Knowledge and experience of property lettings, supporting a team of professional fee earners
- Proficient in Word, Excel, MS Outlook, MS Teams and experience of using KYC systems or similar
- Bookkeeping experience and an understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

**Hours**: Full time, Monday to Friday
