**Job Description**:
We currently have an opportunity within the UK Based NEC Housing Team for an Associate Implementation Consultant to join, who will be working on Implementations of NEC Housing with our customers across the breadth of the UK Social Housing Sector.

This is a home based role, and will work closely with our highly skilled existing consultants, and Leads, to develop and build on an individuals skill sets, and support them in a journey to becoming an implementation consultant with us.

Main Responsibilities of this role will include:

- Offering Guidance in implementing NEC Housing Systems, focussing on how the system is configured and built
- Providing advice, training and direction to current customers using NEC Housing.
- Support in the creation of training courses and solution design manuals for both customers and internal teams.
- Ensure our customers are satisfied, and any issues are promptly reported to the relevant internal teams.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential Skills**:

- Experience working directly with Northgate/NEC Housing - ideally this would be in an IT systems capacity.
- Experience working with Social Housing customers (including Local Authority Housing, ALMOs or Housing Associations).
- Experience delivering training to individuals on the NEC Housing System.
- Ideal Module Experience would be Asset Management, Repairs or ASB - though other module areas will be considered.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in configuring, building and/or implementing NEC Housing system modules.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
