**Role Description**
- Deploy Quality strategy and goals through site specific projects and targets
- Coach and develop staff to ensure a high perfoming quality system, to deliver best practice results & meet objectives
- Builds quality and consumer safety skills and knowledge through coaching and training of the team
- Ensures implementation and on-going compliance that are applicable to the site
- Initiates and supports structured Quality improvement activities
- Ensures quality throughout the entire production cycle by implementing testing program aligning with business requirements and specification
- Influence all levels of the team, driving Quality Management leadership as an active member of the Site Leadership Team

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience in a Senior Leadership position
- Knowledge of IATF16949 & AS9100
- Must have QMS experience
- Ability to coach, mentor and develop department managers on quality management
