MMP Consultancy are seeking a Head of Reinvestment on a permanent contract for a leading housing association in South East England.
Job Details:
Title: Head of Reinvestment
Rate: £82,953 per annum
Benefits: £1,800 ECU and 45p per mile (business related mileage)
Location: Kent
Key Duties:

- Managing all aspects of high quality planned, cyclical, passive fire and major works reinvestment programmes
- Delivering excellent Customer Service, Health & Safety and Value for Money
- Ensure all regulatory and statutory requirements are met
- Managing the delivery of the day to day and void repair service and budgets, budgets between £5million and £50million.
- Contributing to the delivery of the Asset Management strategy
- Creating efficiency through innovation
- Constantly reviewing researching and challenging working practices to improve existing or develop new ways of efficient, cost effective maintenance delivery
- Leading team of 26 staff in total with 2 direct reports.
Additional Requirements:

- Excellent track record of contract management
- Excellent track record of delivering programmes of work
- Experience of asset management
- Excellent track record of managing budgets
- RICS or relevant professional qualification/experience
- A proven track record of managing a customer facing service where customer satisfaction was at the heart of the operation
