This continued success has created opportunities for **Transport Fleet Trainees at Team Bimson.**

This isn’t any ordinary training programme. This is an opportunity to learn all aspects of a haulage business, whilst gaining several qualifications such as a HGV C+E entitlement and a Transport Managers CPC Not only will you learn about the different aspects of a haulage business, you will also learn about the industry itself.

Key learning points:

- All aspects of Depot Management
- Fleet Maintenance
- Compliance administration, including drivers hours and other legislation
- Transport Operations

The training programme is spread over 5 years, with annual pay reviews, and within the 5 years, you could gain:

- Forklift operator qualification
- HGV Class 1 entitlement
- Lorry Loader operator qualification
- Transport Managers CPC

To be considered in the role, you ideally should have:

- GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C (or equivalent) or above
- Drivers licence
