**Business Development Manager**

In this role you will be striving to exceed quarterly sales targets, managing a pipeline of new customers to the point of contract, and reaching out to well-researched prospective customers. You will be coming up with creative solutions to win new business,successfully managing proposals and managing correspondence for contract negotiation in consultation with the Sales Manager.

Your tasks will include building up targeted lists of prospective customers using industry news, using your networking skills to secure company level commitment, and routinely hitting KPIs. You will be managing regular outreach to newly converted customersto cement the relationship you’ve built, providing data led projections, and managing account sales with a customer first mentality.

This role is being offered with a negotiable hybrid working pattern if you are based near Nottingham, but we will consider applicants from the Midlands and North of England.
