**What will I be doing**

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will lead a team and support all workshop electrical technicians and staff within your team. You will have overall responsibility for team success by agreeing, implementing and monitoring individual performance to achieve team objectives.

As Electrical Team Leader you will manage and utilise your resources effectively to meet required project build dates, effectively allocating work and checking progress within the team.

You will attend various Production meetings, including daily morning production meeting to discuss project/area related progress, issues, and needs in accordance with schedule. You will be a liaison to designated production team members for area related issues especially sub-contract issues, parts issues and scheduling.

As a Team Leader, an important task is in employee development. You will be required to conduct regular PDR’s with team members, setting SMART objectives in line with departmental and business objectives. Identifying training needs within your team is also key to success.

**Requirements**:

- Assembly and wiring of control cabin
- Assembly and wiring of subsea assemblies (for example, Junction boxes, electronic control units etc.)
- Machine wiring of surface equipment (for example, umbilical winches and A-Frames)
- Assembly and Wiring of small accurate components

You must have people manager experience operating in a similar role and environment.

Sound knowledge of SMD equipment would be highly advantageous for this role as well as the ability to read engineering drawings.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are needed. You should be computer literate with a very high attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £50,000.00 per year
