Planning the distribution of work amongst the team taking into account individual skill levels. Analyse and manage the effective use of workshop resources and monitor individual and workshop efficiencies to ensure the companies targets and KPi's are met. Manage liaison between workshop and service reception on customer vehicle progress. Supporting the Service Manager in day-to-day duties. Carry out quality control in the workshop. Offering exceptional customer service, including maintaining customer relationships Taking care of any customer issues or complaints professionally and in a timely manner. About you… We consider candidates from all backgrounds who have experience working in the Automotive sector. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will thrive working in a challenging yet rewarding environment with the ability to work well under pressure. You will have the ability to effectively manage a team. You will be consumer and market focused. You will be business and commercially driven with demonstrable expertise in the automotive sector. You will demonstrate brand alignment.
