Modis is currently recruiting for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst, to join our prestigious client in Milton Keynes on a 6 month initial contract.
This role is outside IR35 and please note, the core hours are 9am-5pm, but there could be opportunities for overtime and on-call.
Our client is looking for a reliable Service Desk Analyst, to join them during a busy period and provide a high level of support at the 1st line level. You will be monitoring and administering the service desk mailbox and phones, ensuring that SLA clocks don'texpire and tickets are continually progressed forwards, escalating where needed.
You will be liaising with Service Desk Management, Problem Management and other technical colleagues, to maintain a high level of service to colleagues and resolve incidents as quickly as possible.
Role: 1st Line Service Desk Analyst
Duration: 6 Months initially
Rate: £165 per day
Status: Outside IR35
Location: Milton Keynes
Selected Key Skills:
- Strong customer service skills, and written / verbal communication
- Technical knowledge of Microsoft O/S and apps, such as Windows 2012, Exchange, SQL, Windows 10, O365 and basic networking
- MSTSC, MSRA and iLO
- Strong knowledge of using service desk tools
- Must be a British Citizen with eligibility for, or already holding SC level clearance
