Wirral Administration Service have an opportunity to recruit an Administrator to support our Front of House Service.
We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team. You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of work.
The Wirral Administration Service consists of 4 administration hubs. We are a supportive, competent and caring team. We aim to provide high quality administrative support services to our colleagues across the Wirral locality to improve the safety, health and well-being of the people within our area.
We will ensure that you have access to internal opportunities for development with access to supervision and appraisal.
The successful applicant will be expected to provide a comprehensive administration service for our Front of House service including making patient appointments and typing of general correspondence. The post holder will act as the main point of contact for our reception areas which will include meet and greeting patients and other professionals that visit our receptions.
Other duties will include answering telephones, monitoring deliveries and the successful applicant will be expected to cross cover for other reception areas and our switchboard at times across Wirral.
The successful applicant will also be expected to be able to organise and prioritise their own workload on a daily basis to ensure that time deadlines are met and that urgent work is accommodated. This is a varied role and can be demanding at times.
Due to the nature of our service, unfortunately there will not be an opportunity for hybrid working for this particular role.
CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care - including the provision of three GP surgeries.

All new clinical support staff will be required to have completed or working towards the Care Certificate (CWP In-house 2 day training to be completed within 6 months of start date).
Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. A small annual fee of £13 per year applies.
New entrants to the NHS will commence on the minimum of the scale stated above.
