You will need to be qualified to level 7 CIPD or have the equivalent level of experience and will be rewarded with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. You will be delivering an effective HR service, acting as the key link between HR and the business and providing day-to-day support to the HR Advisers and HR Assistants to ensure the compliant and effective delivery of the employment lifecycle.
If you are an effective communicator and have experience of building and maintaining excellent working relationships with internal managers/teams and external stakeholders at Business Partner level, this is a great role to showcase your skills.
Core working hours will be 9-5pm with some flexibility around start and finish times if required.
Must hold a full drivers license.
