Their growth is a testament to the service and customer relationships they continue to build & investment into their people - putting people at the heart of their organisation.Job DescriptionPartner with senior business leaders to develop and deliver effective people strategies in line with business objectivesLead and manage workforce planning, organisational design and change management initiatives in line with the direction of the business' growthGuide and support managers across performance management, ER and employee engagement to support a high performance cultureAssist and collaborate with managers on internal talent reviews, succession planning and career developmentAnalyse HR metrics and provide HR insights to drive decision-making and improve organisational performanceFacilitate learning and development programmes to enhance employee skillsContribute to the design and implementation of people systems and processes that will enhance employee experienceDrive diversity and inclusion efforts across the organisationPromote the business' values and growth ambitions through being the cultural ambassadorThe Successful ApplicantThe successful HR Business Partner should have:A proven background in a similar HR role, working with Corporate/Head Office functions.Strong commercial awareness and business acumen, aligning people strategy with commercial objectivesExceptional stakeholder management and influencing abilitiesExperience in developing strategic L&D plans to develop future capabilityAnalytical mindset with ability to transform data into actionsStrong knowledge of employment law and HR practicesAgility and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentWhat's on OfferCompetitive salaryCompetitive benefits, pension and holiday allowanceFlexible working, with 3 days a week in the office in PeterboroughA people focused, inclusive and fun office environmentSupportive work environment with a focus on professional growth and developmentOpportunity to lead and influence strategic HR initiativesIf you are a dedicated HR professional ready to make an impact and support a fantastic organisation on it's journey, we encourage you to apply for this exciting HR Business Partner role in Peterborough
