We have an excellent opportunity for a recruitment administrator to join us on a one-year FTC based on our head office site on the Thorpe Arch Industrial Estate near Wetherby.

Duties Include:

- Responding to queries within agreed timescales
- Conducting CV searches
- Supporting the team with right to work checks
- Delivering first day inductions
- Ensuring our internal systems are updated
- Assist with getting new starters ready for induction and collaborating with the department/liaising with training and care team for onboarding schedule
- Undertake any other duties as required on an ad hoc basis to support the delivery of effective administration and supporting the organisation
- Offering Administrative support to the wider HR team

Person Specification:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Precise, methodical work ethic and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team but also to be self-motivated to take on further responsibility when required
- Pro-active and self-motivated

The hours for this role are full time permanent Monday to Friday. Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:30 and Friday 08:00-15:30 - we can offer some flexibility on this.
