**About the Role**

We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-focused **Quality Assurance Officer** to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Quality Assurance and other teams across the organisation to ensure that the services we provide meet the highest standards. Your work will help us maintain and improve the quality of support we offer to our service users, ensuring we meet all the necessary regulations and continue to make a positive difference in people’s lives. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a passionate team, dedicated to driving high standards in supported accommodation services.

**About You**

We’re after someone who’s organised, has a great eye for detail, and is passionate about delivering top-quality services. You’ll have experience in quality assurance and auditing, and you’ll be comfortable analysing data and turning it into clear, actionable feedback. Working with different teams and departments comes naturally to you, and you enjoy helping others understand and meet high standards. If you know your way around regulations, particularly the **Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023**, that’s a bonus, but we’re happy to support you if you’re still learning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Head of Quality Assurance to deliver and maintain our **Quality Assurance Framework**.
- Ensure that we comply with all the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023.
- Carry out audits to spot any areas where we can improve and ensure we’re always meeting the required standards.
- Work with other teams to improve our quality processes and make sure everyone is up-to-date with the latest regulations.
- Provide regular reports based on data, highlighting where we’re doing well and where we can do better.
- Help drive continuous improvement across the organisation, working closely with service managers.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in **quality assurance** and **auditing**, ideally within a social care or supported accommodation setting.
- Strong **data analysis** skills with the ability to write clear and detailed reports.
- Excellent **attention to detail** and great organisational skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Great communication skills and the ability to work with different departments across the organisation.
- A good general education, with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Proficient in using recording and monitoring systems
- Accountable and uses initiative
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- A satisfactory DBS check will be required.

This is a **permanent** role, offering a salary of **£25,765.00 - £29,000.00 **per annum, dependent upon experience, working across the North West and Yorkshire regions - **visiting offices and properties across Lancashire and Yorkshire.** Working **37.5 hours** per week.
