Do you have experience of people management, proactively identify and implementing change, and analytical thinking? We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Partner to join our team.
You’ll identify and manage delivery of key improvement activity for AXA Retail, leading to greater operational efficiency and improved customer journeys. You’ll focus on motor claims initiatives, plus operational and complaints initiatives as needed.

You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means attendance at one of our office locations.
We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Work with Claims Leadership team to scope, plan and deliver improvements that align with strategic aims.

- Lead squads including Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialists to deliver agreed changes. Set standards, objectives and plan activities, to ensure critical milestones are met.
- Spot and track relevant KPIs (key performance indicators) to measure capacity creation, quality and financial savings.
- Provide data driven insight and analysis along with regular progress updates to key stakeholders.
- Partner with business change teams to ensure changes align.
- Be the gate keeper of design standards.
- Coach, support and share best practice with colleagues and wider CI team specialists.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Demonstratable experience of people management - essential.
- Experience of driving performance improvements through others - essential.
- Technical expert in Lean, DMAIC or systems thinking approaches - preferred, but not essential.
- Project management, risk identification and mitigation skills.
- Expertise in planning, gathering and analysing data.

- Change management.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
**What we offer**:
At AXA UK, we’re appreciative of the people who work for us and our rewards package is reviewed regularly to reflect that. You can expect to receive:
- Competitive annual salary dependent on experience
- Annual company & performance-based bonus
- Contributory pension scheme (up to 12% employer contributions)
- Private health cover
- Life Assurance (up to 10 x annual salary)
- 28 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
- Opportunity to buy up to 5 extra days leave or sell up to 5 days leave
- AXA employee discounts
- Gym benefits
**Who we are**:
AXA Retail helps people live the life they love, knowing we’ve got their back, at home and on the road. Our people are vital to us becoming more digital, faster and easier to access.
