The Crown Prosecution Service is recruiting three continuous improvement practitioners across England and Wales. There is one permanent role, and two temporary roles.

**About the Crown Prosecution Service**

As the principal prosecuting authority across England and Wales, the nature and diversity of cases we advise on and prosecute means our work is often emotionally challenging and complex. **About the role**

As a continuous improvement practitioner, you provide expertise and support to areas of the organisation that are identified in need of improvement. You increase efficiency by simplifying business processes and identifying better ways of working. You act as a point of contact and expert in continuous improvement to deliver business transformation.

**About you**

We’re looking for someone with experience delivering operational improvements across an organisation. A minimum of a Green Belt qualification in Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification in continuous improvement tools and methodologies, is required.
