**The Role**

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic, fast paced and growing Commercial Property team located in our Head Office in Battlefield, Shrewsbury. The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in developing and managing marketing initiatives, campaign execution, and leading the overall success of the department’s marketing efforts and play an important part in the strategic planning within the department.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and committed individual looking for a part time position with long term career progression within one of the leading companies in the area.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the team to develop and implement Commercial Property marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activities, providing valuable input for strategic decision-making.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media channels to raise the department’s profile and connect with new audiences.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics and campaign data using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Develop online and social media marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a marketing role is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software/tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, social media management platforms) and video editing.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise deadlines effectively.
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently when required.
