**About the Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Coordinator to join our HR team in Oldham on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This position involves working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working opportunities.
Reporting to the HR Operations Team Leader, you will provide administrative support, particularly with OracleHR and Cascade systems.

You will also be able to demonstrate:
**Essential**:
- Broad experience of working within an HR function in a senior administrative or co-ordinator capacity.
- Experience of working within a customer service environment.
- Highly structure and organised. Able to handle a range of projects and priorities.
- Experience of working to deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good oral and written communications
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours
**Desirable**:
- Working knowledge of a computerised HR system.
- Working towards / or willing to work towards CIPD Level 5 qualification.
