**Cherry Professional** is working with an iconic business within the leisure sector. They are seeking a **Staffing and Training Coordinator** to join them on a permanent basis in **Nottingham**
The role will work closely with the HR Manager, supporting the permanent and seasonal workforce's **recruitment**, induction, and **training** to ensure the staffing requirements and training needs are met. You will be working in a family-friendly office environment. Key Responsibilities,
To assist with the recruitment process from initial approval through various stages to induction.
You will liaise with payroll to ensure relevant HR information is communicated promptly, including leavers, starters and absence reports on a monthly basis.
To produce and issue all employment correspondence and documentation for the club, including temporary and permanent contracts and all casual worker agreements.
You will develop and deliver recruitment campaigns, including planning and implementation, selection processes, interviewing, draft adverts, creating/updating role profiles.
You will be responsible for liaising with relevant departments ahead of and during the season to ensure seasonal workforce are checked in.
To liaise with the Heritage Officer to recruit, induct and retain the heritage volunteers.
You will provide learning outcomes and training for Managers on recruitment best practices.
You will be responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting company-wide training programs.
