Training Coordinator

**Are you interested in developing a career within Learning and Development**? Do you have **strong administrative** experience with an interest in working within **HR**? We are working with an engineering organisation who due to **investment,** are looking for a **Training Coordinator** on a permanent basis. In the role you will provide **day to day assistance** to the **HR and Operations departments** by supporting **training compliance, best practice and improvements.**

**Training Coordinator**
- Work with the department leaders to conduct and deliver training needs analysis.
- Support the training plan for operational training including SOP training and assisting with external and internal training delivery.
- Design and implement training materials including digital, classroom and shopfloor training programmes.
- Be first point of contact for all training enquiries.
- Completing training administrative tasks.
