Here at GXO Logistics, we’re recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at West Hallam. We are offering this role on a full-time, permanent basis, where you will be required to work Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.

You’ll will be responsible for overseeing the bookings team and providing effective management, offering advice and guidance, as well as building effective relations with both internal and external key stakeholders and ensuring KPI’s are achieved and maintained.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £25,235.00 per annum. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Provide leadership and guidance for the bookings team to enable them to meet objectives, encouraging open communication between them to address any potential issues effectively and in a timely manner
- Ensure customer service level agreements are achieved, escalating any issues impacting on these to line management and customer directly
- Produce reports and KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for both the senior management team and our customers
- Deliver team member performance reviews and develop succession plans as appropriate

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and coach teams and colleagues to ensure excellent performance
- Previous management experience within a warehouse environment is preferred, but not essential
- An understanding of Warehouse and Transport operations
- Be confident in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as Blue Yonder WMS and Customer SAP systems
