We are urgently seeking an experienced and skilled **Change Project Manager** with current SC Security Clearance to be responsible for the day to day management and leadership of complex projects and project teams across the change lifecyclewithin a dynamic and flexible environment for our blue light service client based in London SW6.

The **Change Project Manager** will ensure overall project delivery is managed to a defined project plan, working with the team, business, suppliers and other relevant national Programmes to define key activities. They will be responsible forthe definition and agreement of the appropriate methodologies, governance and reporting mechanisms to be used across project delivery.
They will ensure governing forums and senior stakeholders are appropriately engaged with ongoing change activity; management of a project team within an often reactive environment with moderate to high levels of uncertainty to move towards an agreed deliveryend point.
- PRINCE2: Practitioner and / or Agile Project Management Practitioner (or recognised industry equivalent qualification).
- Managing Successful Programmes: Foundation (or recognised industry equivalent qualification).
- Agile Project Management Foundation & Practitioner (AgilePM®) or PRINCE2 Agile (or recognised industry equivalent
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Experience of managing complex projects in line with corporate standards
- Experience of managing a team, setting a collaborative culture, building capability and creating an environment of continuous learning
- Experience of resolving and escalating risks, issues and conflicts as necessary within a complex change portfolio
- Experience of technology enabled change project delivery in a technical/ICT environment in conjunction with an ICT team.
- Experience within the public sector of planning and maintaining control documentation for change projects or programmes.
