- **Attendance Administrator & Safeguarding Team Member**_
- 37 hours per week - Term time + 5 additional days_
- Grade 5 SCP 7 - 11 (Starting Salary £22,684)_
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Confidence in having difficult conversations with pupil, parents and carers
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with conflict.
- Outstanding attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of data inputs and ability to analyse outputs.
- Effective organisation and communication skills.
- The ability to work on their own initiative, but also be able to work flexibly as part of a team.

The post holder will be responsible to the Attendance Improvement Officer and Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Please note the expected working hours for this post are 08:00 - 16:00 (15:30 Friday).
