As part of many supply staffing remodelling projects, we are hiring a Partnership Executive to deliver the goals of our growing customer base in London. The Partnership Executive's role here at The Supply Register is very different from those at a typical education supply agency. We give you time to build long-term relationships with partnered schools so you can meet their customer service expectations aswell as provide support and development in your journey. **Key Responsibilities will include: The Partnership Executive will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing partnerships while also identifying new organisations to partner with. S/he will take a supporting role liaising with partners to build, deliver and evaluate partnership: - To own, drive and deliver results for key categories assigned. - To work alongside and support the partnership managers to drive opportunities - To source and confirm quality face-to-face appointments. - To coordinate the day-to-day account management of partners and stakeholders. - Location visits to fulfil educational meetings as required. - Manage partner relationships daily, monitoring and refining and coming up with new ways to grow. - To follow a defined process to manage calls to agreed Company standards. **What to expect** - A challenging and exciting role. - Hybrid based work but also travelling to meet with client schools. - Developing a good understanding of partnership schools and the education industry. - An excellent training package and mentor. **Key Responsibilities and Skills** - Strong work ethic and "can-do" attitude - Self-motivated, with a drive and tenacity to deliver results and achieve targets - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong written, oral and analytical skills. - A keen eye for detail. - Proactive problem solver - quick to spot and rectify issues. - Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Educated to a degree level, with fluency in written and verbal English.
