About the role
- We’re looking for a Repairs & Voids Supervisor to lead a team of skilled tradespeople and external contractors. You'll be responsible for pre and post inspections, diagnosing building defects, and ensuring repairs meet health and safety standards.

Please note this is a fixed term role for 6 months.

What You’ll Need:

- 5+ years’ experience in the building trade or a relevant trade background
- Strong knowledge of building defects, repairs, and contractor management
- Experience in pre and post inspections
- Solid understanding of CDM regulations and asbestos awareness
- Excellent communication and IT skills (MS Office)
- A customer-focused and proactive approach
