Management Accountant

Absolute Executive Search are exclusively partnered with a well established company based in Kent who are looking for a Management Accountant to join them on a 6 Month FTC.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce monthly management accounts within deadlines required, including Profit/Loss accounts with analytical reviews and fully reconciled Balance Sheets with supporting documentation.
- Produce VAT returns, monthly PAYE payments and annual P11d's.
- Review sales ledger balances at month end with credit control for potential bad debts.
- Produce year end audit files to include draft statutory financial statements.
- Review of payroll reports for errors/discrepancies and liaising with payroll clerks to resolve.
- Assist with the production of annual budgets and rolling forecasts for each business unit.
Key Requirements:
Experience in accounting practices and principles, including areas such as VAT and accruals/prepayments.
- ACCA/CIMA qualified or part qualified.
- Strong IT skills including Excel spreadsheets. Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite would be advantageous but not essential.
- Confident communicator with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Good team player.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reasonably flexible with working hours to ensute deadlines are met.
Working Hours:
- 8.30am to 5.30pm (Flexible working is offered.)
**Salary**:
- £40k to £55k DOE
