**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to the highest standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all food handling areas.
- Support bartending duties, including mixing drinks and serving beverages to guests.
- Assist with events and special functions as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
- Help maintain inventory levels of food and beverage supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
- Work effectively within a team environment, supporting colleagues during busy periods.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
- Skills in bartending would be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

**Qualifications (Advantageous but not necessary)**
- Previous restaurant experience
- Strong hospitality background
- Bartending skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Food safety knowledge
- Barista experience is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £9.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
