**Food & Beverage - Guest Services Supervisor (GSS)**

**Location**:Holiday Inn, Ellesmere Port

**Contract**: 40 Hours

**Salary**:£26,500 Per Annum

**What you’ll be doing**

As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will support the Open Lobby Manager in leading the team of Guest Service Assistants to deliver a friendly, upbeat, and professional experience to all our hotel guests within the Open Lobby Department which includes front of house and food and beverage areas.

Ensuring each shift runs smoothly, from preparing the Restaurant, to serving on the bar and checking our guests in and out of the hotel. Our Open Lobby areas are a place for our guests relax, unwind, feel comfortable and safe and as a Guest Service Supervisor, you play a vital role in making this happen.

You will ensure the Open Lobby areas are maintained to a high standard throughout the day. You will work closely with other areas of the hotel including reservations, housekeeping, and finance to ensure the smooth running of each day and you will be consistently supporting the team ensuring that they have all the knowledge and skills they require to deliver exceptional service and that exceptional guest experience.

Holiday Inn Ellesmere Port - Cheshire Oaks is situated 8 miles from Chester's historic centre. The M53 motorway puts you within a 30-minute drive of Liverpool, and Manchester is a little further via the M56. Nearby Ellesmere Port Station offers convenient rail links across the UK. The National Waterways Museum is just next door, the Blue Planet Aquarium and Chester Zoo within a 10-minute drive. Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet also a 4-minute drive from the hotel.
