**Field-Ops Officer**
Ø **Responsibilities**:
A. Diarise & visit various properties across all portfolios of the business (tenanted & vacant)
B. Tenant welfare checks to be performed, ensuring accurate completion of the relevant forms
C. Obtain all concerns from tenants & report back to the Business Operations team
D. Pick on any repairs/maintenance issues during the visit to report back to the concerned team
E. Conduct comprehensive and detailed pre-move checks on vacant properties, ensuring every direpair & refurb issue is noted & reported
F. Perform site inspections & return with detailed site reports, ensuring the extensive schedule of works is created and logged
G. Flag & highlight any concerning incidents/issues encountered during the site visits, to business operations
H. Organize & prioritise adhoc tasks completion, as required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Bury (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Bury: Relocate before starting work (required)
