**Job overview**:
**An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Health Visiting Team within Rochdale borough, working hours are Monday to Friday. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced clerical administrator to join our developing, enthusiastic and dynamic team. We have a 37.5 hour post and a 22.5 hour post available.**

**Main duties of the job**:
You'll bring us your skills, experience and knowledge, but also a passion to support the 0-19 service with all administrative duties and office systems to ensure the smooth running of service workstreams

You will work collaboratively as part of the Multidisciplinary Team supporting the clinical team with administrative dutes.

You will act as first point of contact for general enquiries, responding to telephone and face to face enquiries, redirecting calls, taking
messages and liaising with other agencies as per organisational standards.
