**Apprenticeship Overview**:

We are looking for a motivated and organised Business Administration Apprentice to provide a full reception, administrative, and personal assistant service. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an impactful educational setting while gaining valuable skills and qualifications in business administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Front-of-house reception duties
- General administration and clerical support
- Drafting documents and correspondence to a high standard
- Supporting the senior leadership team with administrative tasks
- Maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding at all times

**Desired Skills & Personal Qualities**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good numeracy and literacy (ideally GCSE English and Maths or equivalent)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional manner
- Experience in customer service or administration (desirable)
- Knowledge of school systems and safeguarding practices (beneficial but not essential)

The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 3 Business Administration Qualification through Learning Curve Group.

- The course is a 14 month long programme
