The role of **Junior Buyer** consists of assisting the Purchasing Manager with the processing of orders and all ancillary tasks.

The **Junior Buyer** will be working within a procurement team, and will be tasked with helping to deliver a professional procurement service to the business

**What you’ll be doing as our Junior Buyer**:

- Assist with the creation of Purchase Orders: add part numbers, amend supplier price lists, raise POs via Sage
- Track Purchase Orders and goods delivered, Ask PODs
- Assist accounts with invoices/ Liaise with PM’s and engineers for goods receipting
- Liaise with our compliance officer to onboard new suppliers
- Ask our key suppliers for quotes and deliver the best costs and lead times

- Well organised
- Excellent attention to detail
- High degree of energy, enthusiasm and professionalism with a can do attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A good level of Microsoft Knowledge including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Good relationship management skills
- Sage Line 1000

**_Experience with Netsuite and some proficiency in German would be an added advantage whilst not mandatory._**

- PO’S delivered on time
- Accuracy in hire invoices
- Accuracy of price lists
