**About Us**:
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Management**: Oversee the online product lifecycle, including product selection, listing, categorization, and removal. Ensure all products are accurately described and visually appealing.
- **Sales Analysis**: Monitor and analyze sales performance, website traffic, and customer behavior. Use data to inform merchandising decisions and optimize product placement.
- **Inventory Management**: Collaborate with the buying and inventory teams to ensure product availability. Manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to avoid overstock or stockouts.
- **Promotion and Pricing**: Develop and implement pricing strategies, promotions, and markdowns to maximize sales and profitability. Monitor competitor pricing and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Website Optimization**: Ensure the website is user-friendly and optimized for search engines. Regularly update site content, banners, and landing pages to reflect current promotions and trends.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in online retail merchandising, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for fashion and trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and online marketing strategies is a plus.
