**The Role
You will be reaching out to and building relationships with 7 job centres which are Maidenhead, Chesham, Slough, High Wycombe, Bracknell, Newbury, and Reading. You will be responsible for securing suitable individuals onto the contract by establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships with the JCP Work Coaches. You will also reach out to local referral agencies and the community, with the overall objective of supporting individuals to find meaningful and sustainable employment.

**You will...**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local Job Centre Plus (JCP) and their work coaches, referral agencies and the local signposting organisations to generate and maximise programme referrals that are suitable for WHP. This will involve visiting the job centres on a regular basis and engaging in face-to-face meetings encouraging Work Coaches to make referrals to the WHP.
- Deliver information sessions to both the JCP work coaches and the customers to broaden their knowledge of the programme.
- Provide In Work Support (IWS) and coaching to customers that have successfully started employment.
- Facilitate a ‘warm handover’ using a telephony system for all participants to enable a smooth transition on to the programme.
- Deliver performance against agreed participant referral targets, service, and quality KPI’s
- Adhere to our customer service standards so that all participants are provided with the same high standard of service that maximises their chances of securing sustainable employment
- Maintain customer records in accordance with data protection requirements so that participant information is safeguarded, and the customer journey is accurately recorded
- Maintain IT files and building the participant record capturing key information to a required quality standard to ensure the participant journey is documented in accordance with our quality and contractual standards
- Any other ad hoc duties in line with delivery programme requirements.
