Resourcing Coordinator Hybrid/ Reading - (2 days in the office) Hourly Rate: £13.72 We’re seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join the Pertemps and Thames Water Resourcing Team, supporting a variety of recruitment activities. You’ll help deliver interviews, candidate processes whilst ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to grow within recruitment and talent acquisition. Hybrid working is available, with a minimum of two days per week onsite in Reading, plus attendance at recruitment events when required. Key responsibilities: As a Resourcing Coordinator, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organisation, attention to detail and a passion for people. Day to day duties will include: · Screening applications to confirm candidate suitability and supporting hiring teams · Coordinating interviews and assessment centres, including scheduling, room bookings and on-the-day support · Attending and representing Thames Water at recruitment events · Creating job adverts via the ATS (Kallidus) and managing job board activity · Maintaining accurate candidate records and producing reports/trackers · Supporting onboarding processes, including offers, compliance checks and contracts · Liaising with the Pre-Employment Screening (PES) team to ensure timely starts · Promoting inclusive recruitment practices and accessible candidate communication · Providing general administrative support to the wider Resourcing team What we’re looking for: · Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities · Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data and documentation · Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with candidates, managers and partners via telephone, email and Teams. · Experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration (desirable) · Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Kallidus) and Microsoft Office · Positive, proactive mindset and commitment to delivering great candidate experience Immediate starters or short notice periods are preferred due to current activity levels.
