Groundworks Foreman/woman

Responsibilities:

- Perform general ground groundworks on a residential new build site
- Dig footings, pour concrete, install foul and surface water drainage, lay block paved driveways, prep roads and pavements for tarmac, install block and beam flooring, prep for utility connection, prepare gardens, lay turf and install fencing.
- Assist with organisation of materials delivery and unloading if required.
- Operate and maintain various groundworks equipment and tools
- Ensure that materials storage areas are clean and free of debris
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols while working on the job site

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in groundworks is required
- Familiarity and competance with tools is required
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour in various weather conditions -Experience driving excavators and telehandler is required.

**Salary**: £17.00-£25.00 per hour
