**Duties**
- Supervise and support nursery staff in delivering high-quality childcare and early childhood education.
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling dinners and training key persons, and performance evaluations.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the learning environment and promote child development.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as nursery policies.
- Foster a positive team atmosphere that encourages collaboration and professional growth.
- Maintain accurate records of children's activities, attendance, and developmental milestones.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
- Strong background in early childhood education is highly desirable.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A genuine passion for working with children and understanding their needs.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Relevant qualifications in childcare or early years education are an advantage.
