Incredible Kids are seeking a proactive, dynamic, enthusiastic, committed, energised, experienced and qualified Room Leader

To Work Full Time, Monday - Friday (40 Hours) per week.

The nursery follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) with a focus on learning through play and actively encourages parents to become involved. We offer full time and part time places for children aged between 0 and 5 years and form strong partnerships with parents.

**Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities as Room Leader will include:
« Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues

« Ensuring health, safety and wellbeing of the children at all times

« Company policies, procedures and operational practices are adhered to at all times

« Delivery of EYFS, planning and observations of all children

Qualifications/Experience:
« Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent

« Leadership and management experience, in a childcare setting.

« Experience of working in a senior role within a nursery setting or centre working with children aged 0 to 5 years and their families.

« Leading a staff team, including supervision, work allocation, assessment or training and professional development.

« A thorough knowledge and understanding of the EYFS, Ofsted requirements and relevant current legislation.

« Understanding of child protection processes, safeguarding and working with vulnerable children.
