**Qualifications**:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:A team player with excellent administrative, organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously whilst paying attention to detail to ensure high accuracy levels.Possesses exceptional customer care and communication skills to communicate with all levels of employees including the leadership teamPro-active and helpful, with a can-do attitude, along with a friendly, positive and professional approachAbility to consistently deliver excellent customer serviceAn intuitive, analytical, and pro-active approach to day-to-day work practicesAbility to identify and drive continuous improvement opportunitiesA keen eye for detail and ability to demonstrate initiative.Experience of working to, and consistently meeting challenging deadlinesComputer literateGood literacy and numeracy skills with a confidence to work with numbers and data PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience of or understanding of WorkdayExperience of working with case management systemsYour benefits will include:Helping our employees achieve a healthy work-life balance is important to us.
