**About the role**

We are looking for a Back Office Payroll Administrator to join our busy, dedicated team. We share an online portal with individual agencies to upload, calculate and process temporary worker pay and to raise corresponding invoices to agency debtors.

The position will involve both home and office-based working arrangements.

**The main duties will include**:

- Dealing with general payroll and client queries on a day-to-day basis.
- Working with multiple IT systems to manage our payroll and risk assessment processes.
- Processing weekly, monthly payroll and inputting client amendments.
- Processing holiday pay requests.
- Monitoring pension uploads and reconciling weekly.
- Intermediary & CIS reporting.
- Actioning any statutory payments
- Supporting the Back Office Executives in dealing with queries from clients.

**The personal skills and key attributes that we are looking for are**:

- Attention to detail with the highest degree of accuracy (essential).
- Excellent customer service and team working skills (essential).
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (essential).
- Ability to work to tight deadlines (essential).
- Experience of working for a Recruitment / Payroll / Umbrella organisation in a timesheet processing environment (preferred).
- Experience of dealing with large amounts of data (preferred).
- Working knowledge of RSM back office systems (preferred).
