**Description**

About the job:
End-to-end administration and processing of inhouse payrolls
Administering monthly RTI submissions and processing end of year forms P60 and P11Ds
Processing of pay scale & allowance uplifts, incremental rises, and contractual changes as and when required
Proactively develop and keep up to date with new payroll legislation and compliance Proactively carry out payroll reconciliations and analysis at the end of each payroll period and posting to relevant financial journals
Proactively liaise with HMRC and assist with more technical enquiries when they arise Ensures all monthly payroll payments are made to pensions
Administration of all Salary sacrifice benefits including but not limited to lease cars, pensions, and Childcare vouchers
To maintain the Workforce Management database and ensure all weekly project reports are reconciled against payroll costs

Who have a proven background in dealing with payroll administration as either Payroll Administrator, Payroll Lead, HR Administrator or similar
Knowledge of PAYE/NIC and statutory payments e.g., redundancy, SMP and SSP when running payrolls
Knowledge of pension schemes, including Auto Enrolment processes
Used payroll software either bespoke or common systems (IRIS Cascade, Sage, etc) Excellent Excel skills
Excellent analytical skills
