TeacherActive Swansea are looking for passionate, resilient, hard working, self motivated people to join our very successful, growing city centre office as a Recruitment Consultant
Full Time
- Permanent role
Working Hours
- 7.30am-5.00pm during term time and 8.30am-3.30pm in school holidays.
Salary
- £22,000-£36,000 depending on experience + uncapped commission (extra £10K-£20K in first year as a new consultant)
20 Days work from home allowance
As an Education Recruitment Consultant you will have full 360 responsibilities.

- Making business development calls to schools
- Learning what your schools need & building relationships with schools
- Filling vacancies
- Posting job adverts
