Who We Are: Swansea Branch

The Swansea Branch is a brand new Branch, we are on an exciting journey of growth and we are looking for a driven and talented Recruitment Consultant to be part of our team. Sitting within the wider Teaching Personnel team, we are a nimble and energeticteam of 2, based in Swansea City Centra. We love working together and welcoming new colleagues, who are always supported to learn and develop as they begin an exciting new chapter within their career - after all, we've all been there We are straight talkersand value open and fluid communication - it is our strong belief that everyone's thoughts and ideas count in our journey of continuous improvement. We work hard, but we also have fun and celebrate our successes. We will be working very closely with our CardiffBranch which is 27 strong. The plan is to grow the Swansea team over the next few years to match our successful Cardiff team.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Teaching Personnel, you bring schools and teachers together, towards a better education experience for pupils. You are not required to have experience in this career or any work experience at all, so long as you bring yourenergy and willingness to learn to the table. You will join a thriving team covering a specialist sector (primary) and will have the support of an experienced team of recruiters and have the opportunity for career development and progression - and we willbe right there, cheering you on.

Some of responsibilites will include;
- Delight your customers through strong relationship building and delivery of best quality administrative support to teachers and teaching assistants
- Create and publish job adverts and interviewing alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants
- Market out and sell your Educators
- Hit individual targets and work with your team to hit Branch targets
- Meet with your clients termly

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
