James' Places are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join the Marketing Team.

The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing department in executing various marketing initiatives and campaigns. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate and manage social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling.
- Assist in organising and coordinating events, including trade shows and conferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a marketing role is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic IT skills, including knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Understanding of B2B marketing principles is a plus
