**Junior Functional Consultant - Business Central - Remote with unlimited paid holiday**

**What skills and working characteristics should this person have?**:

- Effective communication across cross-functional teams and diverse clients/stakeholders
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident in pressurised situations with strict deadlines
- Provide constructive feedback and support continuous improvement
- Ability to multitask, self-manage time, and self-study for relevant Microsoft qualifications
- Financial/business qualifications or equivalent experience
- Ability to gather customer needs and translate them into solutions by working with Functional Consultants
- A good grounding in Business Central or Navision

**As a Junior Functional Consultant - Business Central, you’ll be responsible for**:

- Implementing Business Central solutions for customers, including customization and data migration
- Participate in client workshops, to analyse and design D365 BC solutions and capture/write functional specifications
- Prototype, configure, and test the respective business processes.
- Testing of our work and peer reviews
- Gaining relevant Microsoft qualifications for the role, and maintaining them after through refresher exams
- Train customer key users and/or end-users.
- Assist in the transition of the solution to the support team.
- Providing additional support to the core support function where required
- Ensure that any certifications that relate to Microsoft Partner status are kept up to date (refresher exams)
- Modify existing reports, dashboards, and charts
- Work with consultants to determine the impact of any proposed changes as required
- Preparing structured training material and delivering training sessions
